UKF - Future visions
social campaign & event promotion
Context
This project was a visual identity and motion campaign for UKF, developed from an open brief supported by initial moodboard direction.
The goal was to translate early conceptual inspiration into a cohesive visual system that could be applied across both static artwork and animated promotional content.
The project later evolved into a second phase, extending the original visuals into a dedicated campaign for a large-scale event in New Zealand.
Approach
The initial stage focused on developing a flexible visual identity system built around energy, originality, and emotional resonance.
With minimal constraints, I explored how abstract visual ideas could be translated into a structured motion language — balancing bold colour, fluid motion, and layered composition to create a sense of rhythm and momentum.
In the second phase, I revisited the original assets and adapted them for a new promotional context, extending their use into a high-impact event campaign.
This involved reworking and evolving existing visuals rather than starting from scratch, ensuring consistency while introducing fresh energy and emphasis for a different application.
Result
The final outcome was a multi-stage visual system that worked across both brand identity and event promotion.
The project demonstrated how a single creative direction can be expanded and adapted over time, increasing its value and impact while maintaining a consistent visual language.
It successfully delivered a flexible and engaging identity that could live across multiple formats and contexts, strengthening UKF’s presence across both digital and event environments.
