Context
This project began as a single key visual developed for YPO marketing and collateral, establishing a new visual direction through a static composition.
The initial artwork defined a bold and contemporary visual language intended to represent the brand across future communications.
The project then evolved into a second phase, expanding the static concept into a motion-based brand film.
Approach
I developed the motion system by translating the original static composition into a structured animated environment. The focus was on maintaining the integrity of the original design while introducing movement, spatial depth, and progression to extend its communicative impact.Motion was used to guide attention through the composition, turning a single frame into a layered visual narrative that retained clarity while adding dimensionality and flow.
The transition from still image to animated system was carefully controlled to ensure consistency in style, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
Result
The final piece expanded a static brand visual into a fully animated brand film, creating a more immersive and flexible communication asset for YPO.
It demonstrated how a single design direction can be extended into motion while maintaining brand consistency and visual clarity.
